PVNCH from ThisIs50 interviews Bobby SHMURDA & Rowdy REBEL from Jail
For all the legal controversies that are surrounding GS9 Rap Group members, Bobby Shmurda and Rowdy Rebel criminal cases, it is safe to say that the system has retained them to be guilty until proven innocent.
Bobby Shmurda, Rowdy Rebel and 13 other GS9 members were hit with over 100 charges in the New York City's Supreme Court on January 29, 2015. Although the rappers have pled not guilty to all counts, they have been denied bail numerous time until today.
Pvnch, who is one of the hosts of ThisIs50 radio show, recently had an amazing interview with Bobby Shmurda and Rowdy Rebel.
In this interview, Bobby truly stated that "They got nothing on me. I'm not even supposed to still be here. I got different lawyers pertaining to my case that's saying that the bail is supposed to be dropped and these charges are supposed to be dropped. The bail is not even supposed to be high due to the Emory Law Book. They just violating my constitutional rights. My civil rights that they are just flushing down the toilet for their own political reasons."
Another issue that was tackled in the interview was Martin Shkreli, the controversial pharmaceutical entrepreneur, who had spoken openly about placing the $2 million to bail out Bobby Shmurda; however, the GS9 rapper informed Pvnch of ThisIs50 that he has not gotten a chance to hear from the entrepreneur.
Before Martin Shkreli was able to help the GS rapper, He was arrested on Securities fraud charges, which the GS9 rapper believe to be related to the conspiracy to remove him out of the rap game. Bobby stated, "That was crazy. I think they did that s*** for no reason really because all this time now he [Martin Shkreli] was talking about us and all of sudden he gets locked. I hope he works it out. I hope he beats his case."
Bobby Shmurda and Rowdy Rebel have their bails set at $2 millions. We still believe that even if they were able to come up with the money, the justice system will still find a way to deny them bail.
Something sure smells fishy and we hope that their lawyers are able to defend their every single rights and obtain the fair justice.
In this land, you are said to be innocent until proven guilty, but for us African people, the color of our skin is enough to justify us as guilty until we can possibly be proven to be innocent.
