ANGIE MARTINEZ INTERVIEWS CAST OF MONEY AND VIOLENCE
After the release of the hit web series', Money And Violence, Season 2 on TIDAL, there has been a lot of controversies surrounding some of the changes that occurred on the show. One of these changes is the replacement of the original theme song.
In a recent interview with Angie Martinez on Power105, Moses Verneau (creator, Director & writer) of Money And Violence gave us insight on the reason for the removal of the original theme song, Money And Violence, by Brooklyn Rapper Bam Vito and Producer Mueller Music.
When Angie Martinez asked Moses Verneau "why did you changed my song?", he expressed that Brooklyn Rapper, Bam Vito, did not want to sign the release to the song for season 2.
Moses outlined that, "We took him [Bam Vito] to the studio, we introduced him [Bam Vito] to the producer...We paid for the studio session...we did not ask him for percentage or royalty...we just wanted to use the song...but he wanted a bunch of money for the song."
Also, Chris Styles (Manager of the show) added that " it was mostly on the producer side of thing. Because I was going back and forth with the manager for a minute."
After the interview aired on the internet, Bam Vito took it to social media to disclaim the allegations. Moreover, The Brooklyn Rapper informed social media that everything will be clarified in his upcoming interview with ThisIs50 that is scheduled to be release pretty soon.
We are not denying anybody's statements. We are waiting for the other side of the story to be fully explained.
